In 2016, two French people met by chance in Lagos (Nigeria). Together, they discovered Afrobeat alongside emblematic musicians from Fela Kuti's group, one of the biggest stars of Nigerian music, considered the inventor of Afrobeat. At the end of the stay, OGA was born. This word, which means “chief” in Yoruba, must be understood this time as a hymn to groove, joy and good humor. Particularly thanks to the influences of funk, jazz and afrobeat classics which punctuate his various titles. The group, which today has around ten members, has gradually established itself on the Parisian music scene. At each concert, he resounds with bass, saxophone, trumpet, guitar and even conga solos.
