Unplugged sessions 2024: who are the winners?

Every year we organize the Unplugged Session. This is a musical competition aimed at finding new talents. After an online registration phase, pre-selections take place in April at the Maison des Cultures Urbaines in Ouakam, at the Blaise Senghor Cultural Center, at the Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD) and at the Yakaar Center of Guédiawaye. On Thursday, May 9, on the small stage of the Douta Seck cultural center, twelve candidates faced the jury. Chaired by Pape Armand Boye (Studio La Boutique), it was composed of Camille Lomey (Kaani/Zhu Culture), Daba Sarr (Africa Fête), Merou Dieng (Believe), as well as representatives of the Stereo Africa label, namely Sahad Sarr, Stéphane Contini and Saphia Arzhaf. After this final, which was held during the Stereo Africa Festival, 3 winners won the Unplugged Sessions 2024.
